  • GREG BOZZI, Owner, was the Executive Chef/Owner of the very popular "Donovan’s Reef Restaurant in Branford, Connecticut for over 25 years. Greg is a very motivated ACF Chef with a true love of food. In his own words he describes himself as having developed his love of food because he “comes from an upbringing which placed great importance on the family meal. Everything was always fresh and healthy and made from scratch.” This philosophy is the fundamental premise behind Corporate Caterer’s mission to provide unparalleled catering services. Greg takes great pride in insuring that his staff is solidly schooled in the preparation of fresh, homemade entrees at reasonable prices.

  • LIZ BOZZI, CO-FOUNDER, has been servicing the restaurant industry since 1975. Her passions are cooking and the arts. She has traveled to Europe throughout the years to train in the culinary field. Liz will ensure that your dishes look beautiful and taste even better. Her creative ingredients will have your guests asking for the recipe.

  • JOY BOZZI, EVENT MANAGER, will work with you from start to finish. Joy will create a menu for your event based on budget and taste. She will ensure everything is perfect on the day of your event and will work with rental companies, florists, venues and photographers so you don’t have to. Joy truly loves what she does and gives 100% to all her clients.

  • ED CAPELLI, Operations Manager, will ensure that your order is be delivered on time with efficient service. He will make sure that your event gets the level of attention on which success depends.
